With the unemployment rate is climbing rapidly, many of us are looking at alternative ways to “bring home the bacon.” Changing economic tides and job losses, not to mention corporate cutbacks and the demise of some landmark businesses and financial institutions have reduced confidence in the labor market and some of us, whether our careers are safe. Many feel the need to supplement our income, or replace our current job openings with something that gives us more control over our ownFutures. This has created a growing interest in entrepreneurship and earn money online.

Before you take the plunge, however, there are a number of reality checks, it will be too. Now do not get discouraged, I’m not mean to say that you should consider an online business, only that you improve your chances of success if you really know what to get in. Surround yourself with toxic negative people, you probably will not have any success at all. However, if you surround yourself with positive, upbeat, ready to tackle anything that comes their way people, then you are sure to become successful.

Let’s face it, there are hundreds of different personalities, from the big bad bullies, to the meek and mild. But what type do you need for an online business?

Here are just a few personality traits I have come up with YOU choose which one you want to be around, or be to succeed!

Integrity

This has become a very rare trait to find now days. There are too many people just out to make a quick buck off of you and the lie to you to get it. They promise you the best business on the planet and it will make you rich right away. Well, every knows there is no such thing as a get rich quick business. A true legitimate business takes hard work, time, determination and most of all integrity.

Tolerance

It takes a special person to have this personality, especially with all the different quirks people have. If someone is always on the go, taking action and the other person is slower than a turtle, it takes a lot of tolerance to put of with them. Say for instance, when a new person is just starting to learn internet marketing it takes patience and tolerance to teach them. You have to remember you were a newbie at one time too.

Sensitive

With this trait most people are self aware of how they effect others and how they impact other peoples lives. Being sensitive can easily make you feel understood, valued, and respected. It is way to often, where people are so focused on themselves that they forget about others feelings around them.

Selflessness

There are so many people in todays economy that have lost their job, are loosing their home, and are in big time debt, that it is really hard for them to not think of anything but themselves. This is not a time to be self absorbed in your own problems, it is a time to reach out and help others. The more you give, the more you get.

Genuineness

This is a world where people put most of their focus on being superficial. Think of Hollywood and how it has changed the looks of so many people. Having genuineness is having the ability to be real, authentic and unique. It is having the strength to tell it like it is, no matter what the consequences.

This is just a few personality traits out of hundreds that I have listed. Maybe I will come up with some more for my next article or post them on my blog.

If your not having the success you truly want in your business, whether it is a home based business, internet marketing business, or a brick and mortar business, maybe you should stop and think WHY you are not succeeding. Could it be your personality?

If you are wondering about starting a free online business, then I am sure that you are going to want to know the steps that you will need to take. You can do things like write articles, join social communities like Facebook and Twiiter, you can create videos and put them up in places like YouTube, you can join forums, use traffic exchanges, and there is so much more.

So I am sure that you can see that starting a free online business is not something that seems all that difficult. It really is just taking these steps and then repeating the process. After you start making money, you can start expanding on your efforts and start expanding your business.

If the surfer is not interested then you could argue that they would not click on the advert.

Although the issue of click fraud still plagues the service it is till widely regarded as the best. New businesses attempt to promote themselves on the web, whilst established brands alike choose to attract interest in their service using the same technique.
